SDS隧道射流風(fēng)機(jī)(SDS tunnel jet fan)
一、特性及應(yīng)用
SDS遂道射流風(fēng)機(jī)采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)工藝所研制開發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，其外殼由美國進(jìn)口專用機(jī)床旋壓翻邊成形，葉輪段內(nèi)壁經(jīng)金加工，既保證機(jī)殼的同軸度和強(qiáng)度，又保證葉片徑向間隙，表面涂裝處理，外形美觀及防腐性能優(yōu)良。內(nèi)置鼠籠全封閉式射流通風(fēng)機(jī)配套電機(jī)，并設(shè)法蘭安裝盤，電機(jī)絕緣等級(jí)為H級(jí)，防腐等級(jí)為IP55。其風(fēng)量大小可以通過改變?nèi)~片數(shù)和葉片角度來滿足要求。對于噪聲要求高場合，可增加消聲器來減少其噪聲。
Characteristics and Application

Built in squirrel cage, totally enclosed jet ventilation fan, equipped with flange mounting plate, the motor insulation grade is H, and the corrosion protection grade is IP55. The volume of air can be satisfied by changing the number of blades and the angle of the blade. For high noise requirements, the muffler can be increased to reduce its noise.
遂道式通風(fēng)機(jī)分單向射流風(fēng)機(jī)SDS和雙向射流風(fēng)機(jī)SDS(R)二種通風(fēng)形式，SDS(R)型遂道射流風(fēng)機(jī)有電子式和機(jī)械式二種切換方式，可在30秒鐘內(nèi)正反轉(zhuǎn)切換到風(fēng)機(jī)額定轉(zhuǎn)速。
